Lean Six Sigma For Dummies 3e Paperback – December 11, 2015

This is a great book for me.... a novice or limited understanding of Six Sigma... I not read it all yet but found it so far a great read to improve my knowledge of the methodology. Delivery on time and arrived as New, as promised. No issues to report.

Took class on topic, wanted it for a resource. It does cover all the information in a more simplified fashion. Quick delivery, as described and packaged well. Would use seller again.

Perfect book for beginners in this topic.

This is a good basics primer. It lacks in depth case studies, superficially brushes over many ideas and provides a single example or way in which ideas may be implemented. The authors provide plenty of other resources for a more depth on particular topics.There's a lot of in-text links that bounce between chapters for relevant info/concepts. The Kindle version would have benefitted by placing most of these in text or in the "definition function". Many repeatedly used acronyms are absent from definition function. Forgot what FMEA is, what CTQ or NVA stands for (not in definition popup) or what a spaghetti diagram looks like you'll have to follow a link to another chapter or hunt it down manually in some cases. I found the "back-arrow" in the top menu too late; it was frustrating to follow so many links to see a figure or read a couple paragraphs only to lose my page.

Good book

This was ok for review. Be warned - this is a British version. I wish there was more detailed info about the equations used in LSS. It was good review, but I did not take it in with me for the open book certification exam.

Easy to follow very you are taking an intense certification course!

Great book, really pleased. Covers all the major areas of Lean Six Sigma in a really simple and easy to understand way. Diagrams and examples are spot on. I use it as a reference book to recap on various areas and it’s perfect - seems to have it all covered. Would recommend for beginners and experienced Lean/Sigma people who need a recap.

Très bon livre pour qui veut préparer une ceinture verte de Lean Six Sigma (LSSGB) et ou pour qui veut comprendre ce qu’est le Lean Six Sigma et ses applications. Il fait sans contexte parti des livres à avoir pour les raisons ci-dessus. L’auteur explique les principes du Lean Six Sigma dans un anglais accessible rendant ainsi le Body of Knowledge (BoK) plus audible et donc palpable. Vous aurez une très bonne compréhension du DMAIC. Je suis assez content de l’avoir, il fait parti de mes top 5 livres, j’espère en tirer le maximum.

Great book. Simple, informative, easy to read, interesting to read, valuabe information with clear examples, graphs and charts. I like it a lot and I use it in my work every time I hesitate about the new processes at work and where should I start in clarifing the quality issues and puzzles. I would recommend it to the beginners and advanced users of six sigma.
