Great looking barn door
The barn door arrived in a box to be put together. The instructions were easy to read and understand. The door is sturdy and well built. I give it 5 stars and would definitely recommend on purchasing the door and I would buy again.

Quality
This door is of good sturdy material, easy to assemble and came with the proper hardware for most installations . I actually bought a second door for another location.

Beautiful doors
I ordered these in December in the middle of a home remodel and we were finally able to install them this weekend so here is my attempt at a thorough review.First picture is showing the door put together. The pieces come separately. You slide the shorter vertical slats between the horizontal and screw the end pieces on. The diagonal pieces have an adhesive tape on the back that you just stick on top. I did include a picture showing what the door looks like without that detail. (I read a review complaining that the adhesive isn't sticky enough.) I think the door looks nice with or without the diagonal piece.Second picture is showing where the track comes together. The first door we installed, my husband unknowingly installed the track upside down. I read a review that said the door stops aren't needed and I have to assume she installed the track upside down. If you install the track how we did, the wheels on the door can't go past about the midway point, so pay attention to that detail. The third and fourth pictures are showing the gap left when the track is installed upside down. The gap of the doorway is minor, in my opinion. Also, yes, the door stops wouldn't be unnecessary because the door doesn't go the ends of the track.Fifth photo is showing without the diagonal slat. It's also showing when the track is installed correctly. You do need the door stops because the door reaches both ends of the track.Sixth photo is showing the door closed with the correctly installed track.I also want to touch on the header board. We installed the 1x4 to ensure we were on the studs. The holes in the track come predrilled. The first hole is 8" from the end of the track and then the rest are spaced 16". So if you aren't doing a new construction project and you can't install a spacer in your studs, you will need a header board. I prefer the look of the header so it wasn't an issue for me. Also, for reference, we bought 4' doors with 7' tracks. The box weighs 100 pounds. It's very sturdy and I would recommend this to a friend.

Attractive and well made
The components and door itself were worth the extra $. There were cheaper options but glad we chose this. We didn't put the adhesive pieces on to make the K frame look. The door is smooth and quiet also.

Exceeded expectations
Bought this for my son’s bedroom where the swinging closet door was colliding with the night table. Plus it totally fit the style. Now we are just moving into our new home with most of our belongings in storage, and I was able to assemble and hang this with the most basic of toolkits…..it’s literally pink and consists of a screwdriver and bits, pair of pliers, measuring tape, and some allen wrenches. Additionally I purchased a cheap stud finder and hacksaw to cut the header board. And I stood on a chair. Now I do have better tools, power tools, and a stepladder in storage 100 miles away, but I was too excited to get this up to wait for proper tools to arrive. I am 5’3”, 130 lbs and I did everything on my own with the help of my 9 year old son to carry the assembled door into his room (it is HEAVY!!) and hold the rail while I marked the holes (also extremely HEAVY!!) It was definitely doable. I wouldn’t say easy…..it was certainly hard freaking work. But definitely less work with proper tools. So I’m not faulting the installation for that…..I did give only 4 stars because of the issues I had with the stoppers. Everything went smoothly until the very end….there wasn’t an allen wrench that fit the stoppers so I used one I had on hand. And one of the heads was stripped so it took me quite a bit of time to get it loose enough to slide over the rails. But still a minor inconvenience for the product I received and at a remarkable price. I had only one plank with damage and since it was on the tongue that disappeared into the groove, it was totally fine. Will order again!

I love this door!
It’s exactly what I was looking for! It totally finished the space! I don’t know if you have ever used a barn door, but when you close them there is a gap so it does t seem private for a bathroom. I fixed that by adding a small price of wood on the door and painted it white to make it more private. Now it’s perfect! Look at the 3rd picture to see what I mean. It might not matter if the door is in a main bedroom or on a closet, but this one was in a busy room.

Even I can put this up!
The door went together very easy. It took me a bit to get the track up, because I always took Jazz band instead of shop classes in school. So ask me to solo over Dmin7, G7, Cmaj7 changes and I'm fine. Ask me to find studs in the walls and keep it level, it will take me a few more minutes to figure out. haha Very satisfied how it came out.The wife loves it and that is all that matters.
