These weights are really cool - I’ve never used anything like them before. The design is very clean and stylish; I wore them around the house and out for a walk in my neighborhood on the evening I got them, and they didn’t feel bulky at all.They’re pretty light - It would be great if they were a little heavier, but I’d imagine that they work subtly and my arms will tone more over time. The lighter weight makes them really easy to wear - I can almost forget I’ve got them on.I also like that they’re easy to clean; the rubber is definitely better than the wrist/ankle weights filled with sand that I’ve seen. It would be especially cool if these wrist weights could also be used as ankle weights, but that doesn’t seem to be possible. They don’t fit on my ankles (not even close); I’m fact, I used the last (largest) slot to fasten them on my wrists (I’m 5’8”, about 190 lbs).I’d recommend these wrist weights for anyone interested in an easy way to tone your arms or add a little extra something to your workout.

These wrist weights are comfortable, easy to adjust, easy to clean, they stay in place and look great! Depending on how skinny your ankles are, you may be able to wear them on your ankles too. I need to loose several pounds and still I can get them on my ankles using the widest notch but they are a little tight. Maybe after losing 10 more pounds they will also fit my ankles. The weight is comfortable and not overbearing. Mine are less than 1 pound each and I can feel the difference when I don't wear them while walking. So glad I chose these wrist weights as I'm a very satisfied customer!

My sister needed to wear these to help control hand and wrist trimmers. A belt buckle or velcro would have been easier for her to put them on by herself. These are the ones her OT used during therophy. Besides that, they help her control the fork or spoon to feed herself.

I got these to add some resistance to Supernatural workout. They can be a little restrictive and uncomfortable if worn directly over the wrist. To solve this I wear them a little higher on the arm and they are fine. The closure makes a gratifying snap and the silicone keeps them from skating around. The design may have been altered because the metal weights themselves are completely encased, not like the photo with the review complaining about rust. Overall very happy with these

I was looking for a good pair of wrist weights for walking and am pretty disappointed with these. They are difficult to put on, especially if you want them to be tight so they don't move around while you are wearing them. With the nature of the clasp, you have to have someone else apply them to get them to fit right which is frustrating - if you don't have someone else apply them, then they feel loose and uncomfortable. They also just look a little strange - I didn't think so by the photo, but the ridges just look a little weird and draw a lot of attention to them. They're big and bulky, I wish I would have found something that just looks a little more athletic.

I'm surprised there aren't more reviews here. These things are great! I bought these weights to use in my yoga practice. I wore them in class for the first time today and I LOVE them. I also showed them to my yoga studio and they liked them as well. I love the material rather than having cloth weights filled with sand. These don't absorb sweat and are easy to clean and I love that you can take out weights as well. The material and the size of the band are comfortable. I love that they're not bulky like most wrist weights. I am now on the hunt for ankle weights like these! I am trying to find a way to contact TOSAMC to see if they manufacture them.

this is a good idea: a wearable weight that is acceptably fashionable. i have a bad shoulder and could use something.it would be nice if it were even smaller. but the latch is the worst part. the buttons face down towards the wrist, so you must push towards your own skin to put this on, and the buttons do not fit easily into the holes , so the pushing is hard. all they had to do was try this on and they would know to fix the design!!

They fit well and look so classy. It's an encouragement to indulgence in exercising.

I actually bought these for a possibly unusual purpose. I wrap it around the steering wheel so that Tesla Autopilot doesn’t nag every 10 seconds.Works perfectly!! Driving huge chunks of motorway without having to touch the wheel at all!

Easy to use. For smaller wrists. Uncomfortable in hot weather due to rubbing. OK basic product.

Wow - I have owned a few arm weights before - usually with Velcro and buckles - that usually end up hurting!! These ones DON’T scratch you or move around! They are the best! They look pretty sleek too! Modern and fashionable design!! I could wear them all day! Love love love them!!

I wear those every time I do my 'uphill walk' challenge on the treadmill, to force myself not to hold the handlebars and it's working like a treat. I want to invest in the heavier model now. I love how they curve to your wrist. They look so much better than the foamy things you see around. 10/10

Hard to do up. Very small wrist size.
