Won't fool anyone but good for what it is
These are not for people who drink spirits for the taste or the buzz, they are for a casual drinker that might want to cut back or substitute an evening cocktail with something non-alcoholic but more interesting than a standard soft-drink. They won't fool an alcoholic or aficionado, but for an easy 'mocktail' they're pretty good. I got the sampler pack and tried a gin and tonic (meh), a whiskey sour (nope) and a margarita (pretty good). The tequila margarita definitely came closest to tasting like a "real" cocktail. The gin isn't complex enough to make much of a difference (might as well just drink plain tonic) the whiskey was oddly sweet and smoky (definitely the least favorite, no whiskey drinker is going to like this) but the tequila mixed as a margarita was almost right. The mixers obviously make a big difference here (don't think any of these would stand up to on the rocks or a straight sipper) so using quality mixers is going to go a long way in making a good drink. I probably need to try harder with the gin (I like plain tonic so didn't think the ritual added anything special) and will give the whiskey another try to see if I can get it to approximate something decent (I would describe the taste as alcohol free vanilla extract mixed with liquid smoke) but I will definitely continue to use these - I think they make a more interesting beverage than a standard soft drink and the benefits of low sugar and non-alcoholic are basically what I was looking for.

Perfect Alternative
If you have tried this product you may wonder why I gave it four stars and not less but hear me out. I received them EXTREMELY FAST and was excited to try them straight. I had recently given up the booze and wanted to drink with my roomates. By themselves you’ll notice a thickness to the liquid. And taste wise it’s as accurate as you could get while using all natural and mind you HEALTHY ingredients. I mean cmon 0 proof “spirits” is hard to pull off. There IS, however, still a slight burn after a sip in the back of your throat as you would feel with normal booze. And THEY ARE INCREDIBLE in a mixed drink. The flavor of the whiskey alternative is super spot on, close to a jack daniels after taste. The original flavor isn’t too specific on what the liquor imitation is but the after taste, man oh man the after taste is sensational and surprisingly close to regular booze. How can you complain with a SAFE, HEALTHY, and surprisingly affordable product. And did I mention it’s HEALTHY?? :)

Only the gin is drinkable
This is obviously about personal taste, but I bought these based on a recommendation to make mocktails while pregnant and abstaining from alcohol. The whisky is awful. Like drinking a bottle of cheap whisky that's been sitting out in the sun for weeks, leaving the bitter funk without any of the positive flavors one is going for in a drink like a Manhattan. It just tastes rotten. The tequila may be okay for people who like super smokey mezcal, because that is all it tastes like - fake smoke. I found that mixing fresh lime with a hint of margarita mix and sparkling water was much, much better than adding a rotten smoke flavor to a virgin margarita. The fun has a generic botanical spice which goes well with lime and seltzer or elderflower soda. Of the three the gin was the only one that didn't make the overall drink worse when added. This sampler is too expensive imho given that I basically bought the tiny bottle of gin and will now throw away the other two. No one in my household can drink them.

These are good watered down, or in a mixed drink
I've been drinking NA wine off and on for years, and I've been wanted to try NA liquor for awhile. So when this three pack was back in stock, I decided to pull the trigger and try it. First off my favorite out of the three is the "gin", the juniper flavor isn't as pronounced like in real gin, but it's still pretty tasty. That said I found that these taste better (to me at least) if they are diluted a bit. All three drinks use a lot of spices in an effort to mimic the "alcohol burn" that you get from the real thing, and that was just too much for me. But watered down, or mixed with other things has been great.

Don’t insist it is the “real” thing. Vary the ingredients until you get a flavor you like.
Even though I was forewarned that the “Zero Proof” was NOT for drinking “neat”, of course I had to try it to see what I’m dealing with. (I ordered the gin/whiskey/tequila combo pack). Boy, all alone they taste pretty awful! We then made mocktail maragrita’s for ourselves and a neighbor who is a margarita fanatic, and they were...acceptable. Not fabulous, but not horrible. I have yet to try a G & T (a true acid test for zero alcohol gin) and need to keep working with the whiskey. (First effort was too rushed).

Good for what it is
I drink my booze straight over ice - no mixer, no juice, no water. Over the years I've gotten used to the taste of my favorites so any change is noticeable. I wanted to try to continue the taste but without the alcohol or calories. Right now I'm mixing these 50/50 with the real stuff and it is working for me. I've ordered more and am confident that I'll be OK with 100% Ritual within a couple of months. For mixed drinks: I think they'd be great.
