The lens of the Super White Xe bulb is optically dyed to transform the headlight into an intensive white beam which simulates the appearance of HID beam color.

Does not fit Honda Recon 2005-present. Used in 2006 Rancher instead and they are great!
Pretty sweet light bulbs for my 2006 Honda Rancher....too bad I bought them for a Honda Recon which they do NOT fit. I have since found out that 2005 and up Recons do NOT use a H6M bulb. 2005-present use a proprietary bulb that only Honda makes. So I ended up installing them into my 2006 Honda Rancher which fortunately still uses H6M bulbs and these are 5 watts greater than the OEM bulbs. My OEM bulbs were 10 years old now and getting quite dim, so a replacement wouldn't be unwarranted. I must admit I was worried with them looking blue and making my quad look like an import racer, but that is not the case. When turned on the light has more of a white color and not so yellow looking like normal halogens bulbs, which is nice when running a LED light bar. They seem well made and I'll post here if they die prematurely.

Brighter than original ones.
Used this on a Honda 450 kick start. Has no battery, so The machine just doesn't put out much light at low RPMs. These bulbs were quite a bit brighter. Not the easiest to install, unless you have small hands.
