No help and buyer blamed for failure
We did everything by the book at Christmas and it failed, producing one mushroom which then went black. Seller said we'd obviously done something wrong and not prepared to replace or refund. We sent pictures and the lot.Not happy

The mushrooms come with very good instructions, easy to follow and easy to grow definitely recommended and will buy again.

Brilliant product.
Excellent product and easy to manage. I did this with two little kids and have had a great result. Customer service is also wonderful insomuch as if you need help, just ask them.

3 months, no mushrooms 😞
Followed the instructions exactly and after 3 months no mushrooms. An expensive way to top up the compost heap with straw.This is just my experience. Others may have better luck.
