Little bit of work to keep perfect but great cooking results

This was a purchase that my son in law made for my daughter for Christmas. We liked that it was made in the USA as that is rare to find. They are definitely heavy duty pans that I am sure she will use for many years.

We have had a 12" All-Clad skillet for 10+ years. When we upgraded to an induction stove, we needed new pans, and this is what we decided on. Zero regrets. It is amazing how much difference a quality set of pots and pans makes when you are cooking. Note: that trick you may have seen about making a stainless steel pan non-stick by waiting for dancing water bubbles is 100% true. I do fried eggs all the time in one of these pans and it is like using a non stick pan.

Love these pans. Really great for cooking all sorts of foods. Had used non-stick in the past age got tired of having to replace them every couple years and warpage issues. These are very durable and won't have those problems. They hold heat very well too. One of the pans did come with a little dent, but no cracking so it's mostly superficial. Still need a non-stick frying pan, but for the most part this set will cover like 80-90% of your cooking needs. Just have to learn a few things to keep some foods from sticking, but after a few times cooking it's easy.

Can they really save enough money on a little bit less stainless steel, to make it worth redesigning the handles so that the space between the handle and the lid are now too close?Sure, my hands are not small. But my fingers are slender, and the gap just wasn't comfortably large enough.You know what we did? With our beautiful, brand new, mirror finish cookware set? We kept the 30 year old lids from our original set of AllClad. The new lids went into the attic with the old pots.

Best pans I’ve ever used—perfect for getting a good crust on proteins. As long as you take care to heat the pan properly, use oil, and give proteins a few minutes to form a crust and release from the pan naturally you shouldn’t have issues with sticking.I was initially worried about getting fake all clad on Amazon, but these definitely aren’t. All the packaging checks out, shipped from All Clad’s parent company to an Amazon facility, and comes with the warranty card which is verified on their website. Get this set, it really is the best.

This was a group gift for a bridal shower. This set was on her registry and she was thrilled to receive it. It seems like high quality cookware that will last for many years.

Pans are great but bought a 10 piece set and one of the pots are missing. Amazon referred me to All Clad for support who told me to contact Amazon. Seems like the only option is to return the entire set but I already used some so now I am out probably $100 for an expensive missing pan. Wouldn't order from Amazon again for this.
