SHORTBREAD HOUSE Shortbread With Salted Caramel, 280 GR

These cookies come in a very nice container. When friends bring me shortbread from England 🇬🇧 the cookies always come in a similar container. I'm used to the very famous Walker Shortbread Cookies, that are sold everywhere I look in the USA, but I wanted to try these because they had chocolate chips & caramel. These were soooooo good. They were slightly harder than I'm accustomed to but NOT in a bad way. If you dunk them coffee like my husband, you will only get a little crunch from the caramel. These are dense & buttery. They came all intact, not a broken cookie in the tin. Also they didn't last long enough to be broken because they were so good they were history & fast. They were not inexpensive, but they were worth it. I think because they look nice they could easily be gifted. A nice office gift, a secret Santa or just a little sweet goody next to a bigger gift?!?!? No matter what you do they'll be enjoyed by the recipient & they'll surely be happy with these. They're different & yummy but in a really nice way. I received mine pretty fast so expect them on time. Btw, I mainly only write reviews on makeup, coffee & kitty things so if I'm sitting here writing about cookies they've got to be d*** good, & THEY WERE...SO YUMMY!!!

The cookies/biscuits were such a nice surprise. The quality of them was more than I expected, with an interesting flavor. Definitely a cut above store-bought. And they came in a great little tin - not cellophane - pretty classy.And it was nice to know I was supporting your business.

I cannot go back to regular shortbread after having these biscuits. They perfectly pair with a strong earl grey or classic black tea. They are a bit more crumbly than other Scottish shortbreads- i’m guessing from the rice flour- but this is my new favorite brand of shortbread cookies

One of the packages was open with broken cookies in the container. I threw those away and ate from the sealed bag and they really weren't very good. I won't be buying again

I am not typically a shortbread fan but this is like shortbread meats toffee! 💙

Most addictive salted caramel....well, anything....I've had. Beautiful shortbread. Usually find it way too stodgy, and don't fancy it at all. Must be the handmade; it's light and crumbly, as it should be. It's very pricey, but also very worth the brief pleasure of eating it. Good job, HoE.
