Expensive but fits
It is expensive for a microwave plate, but it does fit properly and I wanted the one for the microwave model that I had. It is strong, heavyweight, durable and it fits correctly.

Sharp Carousel 2.2cu ft microwave plate
After a multi day search online I stumbled on the right one for our Sharp Carousel 2.2 cu/ft microwave (model R-651ZS). None of the descriptions specified our model microwave, but this works and maybe it’ll help someone get the right size and fit.
