Can I use it for real leather?

I have used this glue on many different substrates,but never leather.i do believe it will work.if the surface is not real smooth it may need two coats.

Can this be used as a water-based contact adhesive for cork underlayment on concrete?

Don’t know. It cleans up with water prior to drying for adhesion.
