I used a balloon air pump and a helium tank. There were lots of balloons and everything else you need for a small party. It was also packaged nicely. Down side the cups were a little flimsy. A kid left a cup sitting for a bit and I could see the moisture starting to leak. Secondly, someone used a plate in the microwave and there was a small fire. Other than that great for a small to medium party. It had everything needed except the cake.

This is a full birthday party in a box. My daughter turned 13 today and wanted a rosegold theme. This was easily the best price for the quality! I love the fact that it comes with not only the tablecloth, but the plates, cups, napkins and cutlery too. The straws were a cute bonus. I sidn't think this would be enough or look that great but it honestly was! She was thrilled with the look and feel and I was thrilled with her smile. It does take patience to sit and fill balloons (by mouth for us) plus string them and hang them. But that's why the price is so low: you aren't paying for convenience.

Loved the arrangement and quality of items. The only thing that didn’t work in our package were the “Happy Birthday” letter balloons. To small to float, air didn’t stay in and the second one we tried to inflate popped because the valve area was small and sealed shut. After the H didn’t float the A popped so I gave up on the rest. 😕Other than that the rest of the items are amazing. My Daughter loved it!

We bought this for my daughter’s 13th birthday and she loved it.The colors are beautiful. Very easy to use and put up. The foil curtain can tear somewhat easily so do not use thumbtacks. The latex balloons didn’t stay inflated with the helium well. That may have been the helium we used. The mylar balloons stayed in slated for two weeks.

Notice how our 3 doesn’t match? The other reviews don’t lie, very thin balloons so he careful blowing them up but if you can manage then this is the best stinking party in a box. Our 13 year old loved the look and color of it. Very happy with how it turned out.

Love the color but missing letters

The only issue we had was the straw to inflate the balloons with helium was too small for the nozzle on our helium tank. We just substituted a drinking straw and inflated them.

Bought these to decorate for my daughter's 13th birthday. Very classy colors. Didn't take long to put up. She loved it!
