Pool Mate1-2160 Non-Foaming Algae Rid Swimming Pool Algaecide, 1-Quart

I had visible algae in my in-ground pool. Other algaecides did not clear it up and they also created disgusting looking scummy foam. This NON-FOAMING algaecide worked GREAT!!! I put it in the pool in the evening, brushed the sides of the pool a bit where there was visible algae, and let it circulate overnight. The next morning, the pool was sparkling clear, NO ALGAE, and NO disgusting foam. I will buy this product again when I need a good algaecide.

I've tried all sorts of algaecides from brick and mortar stores and non of them have really worked. I bought this on amazon and hoped for the best. Use it as a weekly thing and also a few times when I had major break outs and it works really well. Love the fact that it does not foam up like the other stuff I've used in the past.

only used it once, as I really don't like chemicals but sometimes you have to do this. the little filter on my above ground pool is not the best, so it got icky during our heat this summer.

Forgot to shock after days of heavy rains. Developed green dust algae, all over everything in the pool even ladders. This stuff develops FAST after rain, I mean fast, overnight.. Within 24 hours after seeing the algae, I added robarb super blue waiting for this product first. Then when I added this product, it cleared up and killed the algae over night. Pool was crystal clear the next morning. Ran 4 filter cycles and cleanings, vacuumed once, done. Highly recommend.

Product seems to work great but don’t know what happened in shipping. It cam ripped open and product laying inside the outside wrapper. Very disappointed

Added it to pool which was dark green woke up this morning it’s light greenish blue so it’s working.

Works like it said it would. Pool is clear again
