Brilliant product, the sound isn't ground breaking but it is clear with a nice soft bass. The chair is very comfy, I would recommend it to anyone. If it had Bluetooth pairing for console sound it would be perfect. However, plug in your media player (phone, ipod, tablet etc) and just relax.. it is a very good item and excellent value for money.

Had a few marks on but no problem so far

Just a chair with a built in speaker!! Small child finds it comfortable but teenager not so. Plugged in lead and it snapped off in the socket so had to get that removed.

Well worth the wait... comfortable and easy to put together... with surround sound makes gaming fun 😊

The chair is good and my 8 old year old son loves it.However, it arrived with 2 right arms?? I contacted X Rocker customer services for a replacement left arm which they stated would taken 5 to 10 days.A month on and I am still waiting on the replacement arm. I’ve chased this serval times and only received 1 reply last week stating they would chase it with the courier and get back to me but they haven’t. They now appear to be ignoring my e mails with no other way to contact them.It would have been quicker to return the chair and order a new one.Due to the poor customer service I would avoid.

This item looks amazing, but when pluged into the sound there is a loud dull humming/buzzing on the seat we cannot use the seat for any sound .the sound has to come from the tv , very annoying as the seat as sub woofer/ speakers ??? Any ideas ???
