Hello, World! Music

The Hello World books are so great for young ones, I feel like the copy is simple, short and full of great information while the pictures are fun to hold the interest of little ones.This music one is cute with lots of instruments. I like that she uses “rat a tat” for the drum instead of banging or hitting - thank you!!!!My only negative for these books is there’s not a rhyming cadence to them. So many books for this age group has rhyming or a sweet rhythmic tone - these books just read without that. And while it’s fine- I find that my kids listen more when there’s some sort of pattern. But I will say I’m glad she didn’t force a rhyming book just to have it rhyme.The info in these is great and I enjoy reading them with my kids.

The child who received this gift spends a significant amount of time exploring this book. The images are accurate enough to support accurate generalization to similar images (or actual objects) of the instruments. Can recommend this as a useful learning tool.

This book leaves a bit to be desired. It basically just lists different instruments which is... Fine. But doesn't seem like it actually teaches much.

Great way to teach little ones about instruments. Very informative. I kinda wish it linked to Alexa to play the different instrument sounds or something.

Love this whole series! Hello, World! Music continues the tradition of vibrant and engaging illustrations. The text is brief on each page, keeping toddler and younger attentions spans. An excellent addition to the series.

The book is very simple yet allows you bring interaction to the story when explaining the instruments . At least with my two year old lol :)

I bought this for my friend’s one-year old son based on the child’s love of music and I’m told it’s become the child’s favorite book!

My daughter is a big fan of the Hello World Series and this is a lovely addition, it shows you many instruments and easy to understand facts to go with each one.Definitely recommend!

My son loves the Jill Mcdonald books. We do one every single night, before doing a story book for bed. Highly recommended.

We first found this book at the library. My child loved it so much that after the 4th time of checking it out the library I decided to buy it. It's a great book, especially when paired with musical instruments (cymbals, tambourine, maracas).
