Resourceful reference for coping with overthinking
There are some useful practical tools and mindfulness techniques, however these techniques may not be helpful for everyone. It's a short book, a quick read for some advice with recommendations for further reading.Couple of stars of for a few typos that I noticed.

Very good for anyone who makes mountains from mole hills
This is and always has been a big problem of mine - I can make a mountain of worry and concern out of a sprinkle of dirt (let alone a mole hill).Restless sleep, anxiety, procrastination, worry, dwelling on things and second-guessing have long been my defaults.Over the years I have been diagnosed with depression and general anxiety and have (in recent years) preferred a non-medicated way of dealing with these issues so advice in your book (like not letting my worry and negative thoughts control me by changing my actions based on them), while avoiding bloated waffle, offers many useful tips.In the world we find ourselves in (2021) when even the greatest motivational speeches can’t eliminate the obvious anxiety, it can be very difficult to replace all negatives with positives, not worry, avoid toxic people and opinions, explore purpose and passions (due to restrictions on life) but this book will go along way to help me deal with life as we currently know it and long into the future.

Excellent read!
As someone that overthinks far too much, I wanted to take control and understand how to lessen the toll this action takes on me. This is a great read, some things I had already tried other things made sense and I will certainly be trying them. The book is set out in small chunks making it easier to understand and learn from.

Don't waste your time
This book is a disappointment. It's presented as little more than a pastiche of listicle articles found readily across the web. There are MUCH better books out there for overthinking which are structured to bring a reader through an educative and then practical context allowing the reader to gain insight and then apply the learning, tools and tips to their own experience of overthinking/worry.I don't usually write negative reviews. I was looking for books to recommend to clients and this is def not one I'd recommend.AVOID
