They are really pretty good they work great with any gravy and even in Soup! I cook them only for 6 minutes because I love them if they have a bite!

If you want real German noodles, or Spaetzle, then look no further. Here it is. And not the little nubs like you may occasionally find in the grocery store, in the box. These bags are filled with the long wide noodles like you would find while dining in Southern Bavaria when ordering a plate of Weiner Schnitzel. Just like homemade, but without all the mess. Very easy to cook on the stove top with just boiling water and done in minutes. Exceptionally good with any gravy mix. But if serving with Pork for Wiener Schnitzel, use McCormick Pork gravy mix. You can order the Wiener Schnitzel breading mix right here on Amazon by Knorr. Buying by the case versus by the bag is a fantastic purchase and one I would strongly recommend for Spaetzle. If you haven't tried these, give it a go. Everyone I have served these to have loved them and asked for a bag.

These noodles are awesome. I bought them at a farmers market in Wisconsin. And then bought a case on Amazon. :) They pair well with every kind of sauce/meat.
