I bought two of these boxes, one for myself and one for my 82 year old mum. Sadly I have had to request a refund on the one my mum had as she could not open the lids as she has weakness in her hands. I do not believe people with arthritic fingers would manage these boxes either, even I had trouble sliding the lids open and I have no issues with my hands normally. Personally speaking although these boxes do look very good in practice they're no better than all the other mundane products available and they certainly don't deserve their high price tag.Another more serious concern that I noticed is that a person could accidentally slide the lid open too far so more than one compartment is open, thus over dosing on medication. Not an ideal situation for elderly people or anyone else for that matter..I think the manufacturer needs to look at a complete redesign, for instance a hinged lid on both the tray and the individual dosing containers might be more suitable.

Great organiser. These have large compartments which can quite easily fit quite a lot of medication into each of them, each separately for the Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Odds. When finished you can then slide the present days one to the back which then brings the next days one forward ready to be removed for the next day. Ideal if you are on a lot of medication (large compartments) multiple times a day. Very well thought through so designed well

I bought this pill box for my Mum who has very severe Bi-Polar and struggles to organise her medication by herself. This box has given her so much confidence, as now she can do all her weeks pills on a Sunday, ready for the next week, and they are not just split by day, but also by the time of each day in which they need to be taken. It's also very helpful for us to keep check of her medication and ensure the right ones have been taken each day. It's such a helpful thing, I highly recommend it for anyone who has to take multiple pills at multiple times a day. I have even bought one for myself to keep my supplements in!

This is by far the best pill box I have ever used. It's way sturdier than I expected, and I love the way the individual containers slot into the main compartment. Each day is easy to open and close, and it feels like the sliding mechanism will last for a long time. I have painted clear nail varnish over the lettering as previously things with print on have worn off over time (I am a heavy user), this is something I always do preemptively. The whole front of each day slides off which makes for easy cleaning. All in all, I highly recommend this if you take a lot of daily medication and want to stay organised.

Since I take 14 tablets a day it is essential that I have some sort of doser. This is perfect with pockets for morning, noon and evening together with a spare for "as required" (useful for those tablets you have to take only 1 to three times a week) These all go into a container which sorts them daily throughout the week. When I go out for the day just take the container for the day and replace on getting back home. If there were a six star I would give it
