I love this shampoo for my doggo; the coat is clean without stripping, soft, moisturized without a film or greasiness feel, and there's even a shine! Also love that it's tear free and especially that it's cruelty free. Yeay.

We are on our third bottle. We love this dog wash. The scent is amazing but mild. It really gets the dirt from our dogs fur and leaves her silky soft.

Scent is spot on with the milk and honey. Not offensive, and smells like your typical baby shampoo.My 6mo pup has sensitive and itchy skin, I’ve also worked in veterinary practices for years and this comes nowhere close to the “sensitive/neutral” shampoos we sold for itchy doggos.If your dog has fleas, please find a flea shampoo recommended by your vet. But as far as sensitive dog skin, this leaves it SO soft and SO good-smelling!

I brought my puppy home in early 2019 and ordered the Pure & Sure puppy shampoo because she's a German shepherd and they often have sensitive skin. She was 15 pounds of fluff and the shampoo was perfect. Now she's almost two years old and 70 pounds and I am still ordering this puppy shampoo! Here's why. This shampoo has never irritated her skin. She is a "mountain/forest" dog and spends her days in mud, sap, organic debris, you name it. And she is an all-white shepherd. Because of skin sensitivity, it's usually recommended bathing only once every few months, but because of her lifestyle, I bathe her every week. And again she's never reacted to this shampoo. Here's the other amazing thing. I've read through the ingredients and I can't figure out how it works so well, but this shampoo actually washes out the sap from her fur. Where we live, the dirt is that deep rust/red color...so within a day or two after her bath, she's starting to match the dirt. I bought whitening shampoo, wondering how that would work on her, but the Pure & Sure puppy shampoo actually leaves her whiter than the whitening shampoo! Crazy, right? So even though she's huge now and I go through the puppy shampoo bottles super fast, this is the only the shampoo I use for my full-grown white GSD. This stuff has my highest recommendation.

Love this product. It leaves my dog feeling softer than other products I've gotten in the past and smells really nice.

As for now everything looks good.

I lover this stuff. So gentle I used to be paranoid about soaps in my dogs eyes cause I need to wash his face and with this one I feel safe. My dog doesn’t give me any push back

I have ordered this excellent shampoo online for eight years and been happy with it until recently. It used to be sent with the lid firmly taped on, but the last two orders were packed very irresponsibly and arrived with shampoo spilled out in the shipping envelope. I returned one to Amazon, but the replacement arrived with the same issue, so I'm giving up. A pity because it really is a good shampoo, albeit on the expensive side (one star taken off for that reason).

This is a great product if you wash your (short hair breed) dog often just to get rid of the dog smell. It’s not the best product for getting rid of the dirt after those messy muddy days at the dog park though because it doesn’t lather too well. For this very reason, it won’t work well for dogs with longer coat, unless you use a substantial amount of shampoo.If you are looking for a mild shampoo I recommend it because:- It contains less aversive ingredients so it would work well for the itchy fur babies as it won’t over clean them and strip off all their natural oils.- Your pup will come out the shower smelling fresh, even though the shampoo doesn’t have chemical fragrance added to it.- It will give your pup’s coat a great shine; which is impressive considering how little it foams- leaves no residueIf you are looking for a good foamy shampoo I suggest Burt’s Bees oatmeal shampoo also sold on Amazon https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00DTEV54Y/ref=dp_cerb_1Hope this was helpful :)

Easy to lather up, rinses out relatively well, smells gentle.

I wasn't sent milk and honey as expected but overall good product and my puppy still smells great afterward using the green tea one after she dries off.
