My daughter absolutely loves this. Great sound, easy to use, can take it anywhere due to its size and light weight.excellent value for money.

The media could not be loaded. Lovely CD player that my animal obsessed disabled daughter loves listening to in the bath. Sound is absolutely fine for what she needs.My daughter can't talk so never tried the microphones.£50 is a bit steep but there are barely any kids CD players to buy these days so they can basically charge what they want.

Last minute present, as my 2.5yr old loves using her big sisters disco mic. I prepurchased batteries, I do not recall they were included as others have said. The mics seem to work brilliantly. The only down side, which would made 5☆ I would suggest a catch to hold the cd door shut until disc has stopped spinning. I know this was designed for older children, but my daughter is very good with things like this, but opening the front whilst disc still in motion for any child is a hazard. She is only using it under supervision. But we are happy with the product over all.

I bought this to replace a lexibook cd player that recently stopped working, Id bought a scart lead to see if that made a difference but sadly it didn't. Seeing as I had the lead and an upset child I decided to try the karaoke. Unfortunately this stopped working almost immediately. I could hear the power going to it but the light doesn't come on to be able to play any music. The track light kept going on and off then just went off completely. Overall appearance of the machine is good and really appeals to kids buy the overall construction seems to be poor. On reading some other reviews it seems others have had sinilar problems so I'm sending it back for a refund.

My daughter wanted to purchase this with some birthday money. It arrived and i was dissapointed with the uality. The plastic was quite brittle in appearance . i have a cheaper but similar item for my son and its much stronger quality. The adapter is not included which i did read previously but thought that was a bit of a con as not sure how often batteries would last.Unfortunately ours would not read any cd we tried including a brand new frozen 2 one just opened and bought from amazon? I used new duracell batteties and the microphones worked, the display was lit but kept saying no disc.Very dissapointed daughter to be honest we preferred money back over a replacement as for a 5yr old using this, I dont think it would last very long. The door where the cd goes in looked like it could easily snap

My son likes this cd player and sharing the mics with his friends.It takes 4x 'C' batteries and also has a port on the side that you can plug into an ac adaptor (not included)Seems well made for the money
