Because I can’t have dairy, I was looking for a good calcium that doesn’t have dairy that I can take. The pills are a bit big although, I don’t have trouble getting them down. They seem to work fine and I intended on ordering more when I run out of these.

I have no problem with the quality except that the pills are gigantic and I'm afraid I'm going to choke on them. I will probably switch to something smaller when these are done, even if I have to take more.
