Fair Condition
When I placed my order, there were 3 left, and I figured I would probably get the most used looking. Bills were in fair condition, small tears on edges, I appreciated the Individual plastic envelopes that were provided to protect from further damage. Regardless I'm satisfied with my purchase and fast shipping. Purchase was to remind me of Nikola Tesla's Life contributions, even though many of his discoveries have been suppressed from the public.
