Pitbull Gold PRO Electric Head and Face Shaver

I gave this 5 stars for what it is, a head shaver. It works great on my head, ok on my face but horrible on my neck. I have used my Pitbull 3 times now so I have enough information for an accurate review.The Pitbull gets my head as clean as you can get without using a blade. I can still feel stubble but it is way closer than my Remington Shortcut clipper with no attachment. I have a few moles that were a problem with the Shortcut clipper as the blades would snag the mole and it would bleed sometimes. The Pitbull goes over all the moles and leaves no nicks or irritation at all. I can not get 3 or 4 hairs above each ear and have to use a razor to get them off.I tried it on my face and it makes for a pretty smooth shave. It is not possible to get close enough to my goatee so I still have to use a razor to get the stray hairs.Then there's the neck. Don't do it! Unless you have blond peach fuzz. My neck looks like somebody choked me. It was bleeding in a dozen places. Same thing on the back of my neck below the hairline. I even ordered some Jack Black Beard Lube and this stuff is super slick. Didn't help, probably made the irritation even worse due to the blades getting even closer to my skin.I will go back to using a twin blade for my face and neck. Never again will I use this anywhere near my neck. Thank goodness I had some coconut oil to put on the razor burn because it was burning bad.The Pitbull arrived 100% charged and after 3 uses it is still right above 50%. It is easy to clean. I was trying to separate the blade head after removing it from the shaver. I couldn't get any leverage on the chrome surface to crack it open. After watching a video, they separated the head with the head still attached to the shaver. Hopefully doing that a million times doesn't break the small attachment under the head. You can also submerge the head in water while it's running to clean it.If I didn't have moles on my head I would just use a blade. The other thing that is a pain is that you have to shave your head every 2 to 3 days because it won't shave off longer growth.

I leave this review after using this 2-3 months now. Was hesitant to buy it but figured it was worth a shot. Glad I did. Was tired of having to make a whole production of shaving what’s left of the hair on my head with shaving gel and fusion razor. Nothing beats a real blade but the razors get expensive and my scalp gets irritated if I do it a few times a week. With this thing as long as the hair isn’t long you’re done in less than 5 minutes and it’s about as smooth as a baby’s behind. Think I got my entire head done in 3 minutes but kept going over my head because I was in disbelief it worked so well. Ran it down to 30% on battery and it still had same power as at 100%. It’s basically the same thing as a norelco shaver for your face only this is for your head. Easy to use. Easy to hold. Easy to clean. I will say it’s easier to clean shaver heads if you shave your hair when it’s super short at least in my experience. They give a small brush which I lost to clean it so I just use old toothbrush to clean heads every so often. I went from using it 3 times a week to everyday now. And why not? That was the whole point of buying this thing because I didn’t want to have to mess with razors and shaving cream to have a nice smooth bald head everyday. This is fast and easy. I use it dry everyday. 2-3 minutes you’re done. No irritation to my scalp. Nice and smooth every time. This thing is worth every penny if you want a good skull shaver that does the job good. Wish I got this a long time ago. If you’re on the fence about getting it just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

bar none, this is the BEST shaver i have EVER owned for SO many reasons. And yes, you can shave your head AND face with it. I shave my entire head, face & neck and it does an amazing job.It's more expensive for a reason. LOTS of reasons. And it's WORTH IT:1. YES - you can shave your entire head, face & neck with it.2. WORKS IN THE SHOWER - what else do you need to know on this one? I love that I can use it wet.3. CLOSENESS - literally the closest shave I've ever had from a shaver when I use it in the shower. It's really good dry, but when you add some body wash (or shampoo) to your head and/or face and then shave it gets AMAZINGLY close. I have really sensitive skin, which is why I use shavers instead of razors, and one time I had to use my razor burn relief after using this lol4. CLEANS IN 5 SECONDS - im not kidding. You literally submerge the blade area in vat of water, then turn it on for 5 seconds. You can see all the shavings shoot right out into the water5. SLOW? NOPE. Coming from other shavers I'm used to them running a lot quicker and louder, so when this guy came out of the gate kinda quiet it seemed like it was just running slow. And with my thick hair on my face I thought for sure it would rip the hair out of my face (as is the case if a shaver runs to slow0. NOPE. Don't let that low noise thing throw you, it's not too slow and it works perfectly.6. QUIETER - 1/2 the noise of other shavers in my experience7. BATTERY LIFE! BATTERY LIFE! BATTERY LIFE! BATTERY LIFE! With every other shaver I've ever owned the battery must be recharged every second or third full shave. THIS ONE WENT 12 FULL SHAVES (head, beard & neck) BEFORE HITTING 0% (AND WAS STILL RUNNING AT 0!).8. YOU CAN SEE THE BATTERY LIFE - it's got a digital read out so you know exactly how much battery you have left.
