Very easy to install. I guess only designed for single use and not relocating as central posidrive star tightener breaks easily

Used these to hang a vertical blind to my kitchen french doors where there wasn't room for a traditional plug due to the steel lintel. These fit perfectly and have a strong hold.

Pros: Very sturdy fixing. Choice of sizes for different loads. Requires very little depth behind plasterboard.Cons: Expensive. Very large hole to fill if ever removed. Might be a problem if you hit middle of dot and dab (wall plug not an easy option once there is a large hole). May require a drill you don't have.

Seems quite efficient, one thing I thought would be useful is some indication the wings have opened, there's no way of knowing they have activated.

Very useful in a house with paper-thin walls.

Worth it come with drill and don't have to go and buy one (find out the size you want)

I have used gripit a lot during my recent DIY projects - if you have a new build house with flimsy plasterboard walls then this product is a must! I have previously used other types of plasterboard raw plugs that have expanding wings but none of them hold as secure as the gripit does.The only thing i don't like is the size of the hole you have to drill in the wall, it's very large compared to normal plugs. You may also need the undercut tool if you have dot and dab walls. When installed they hold well.I hope you found my review helpful

The fixings sit proud of the plasterboard so anything that’s fitted to the wall will not be sat flush, the worst plasterboard fixings that I have ever used

Si comme moi vous avez des problèmes de fixation sur du placo ,ne cherchez plus c est l idéal ! Mèche fournie dans le kit ,ont perce ,ont pose ,un quart de tour avec un tournevis et hop y a plus qu à fixer .

J'ai acheté ces chevilles pour fixer un meuble de salle de bain, mais vu le diamètre a percé j'ai pas osé car elle font lego une fois en main et j'y crois pas qu'elle tiennent 70 kg. Tout est en plastique et juste 2 oreilles qui s'ouvre une fois installé, les 2 oreilles tiennent par des minis axes et circlips do c difficile de faire confiance.Une fois le trou fait compliqué de la reboucher vu le diamètre pour fixer autrement.
