Max Flex Handles

We needed this for a while, didnt know they existed and kept replacing the original handles that come with a regular thin pvc pipe insert. These are thick, solid, and can handle the larger resistance bands. Very comfortable too. Now need to get more....

Easy to use. Good hand comfort with high tension used for large muscle groups.

This device made a real difference with the ability to use two or more rubber cables at once. Well constructed and will be using regularly.

Other reviewers complain about fitting larger cables into this handle, and I see what they mean. However, the cables aren't too hard to get in if you stretch them out. I just hold down the cable with my foot maybe 8-10 inches from the end, stretch it out, and then pull it into the handle. Goes in fine that way. Getting them out takes a similar process but is a bit harder. Overall an inconvenience that makes me question the design, but the handles are strong and comfortable, so I don't have any regrets about this purchase.

I have several generations of Lifeline Fitness handles now, and these are by far the best. One thing to note though: the cables sit much deeper in the pockets of these handles than in the previous generations and older cables may not have enough tubing extending beyond the plug to grab and remove easily.

Can be a real pain in the @ss to get the old bands out and new ones in depending on the strength of the band. That being said you can almost guarantee! That it will never slip out and snack you in the face or whatever.

I have several sets of these handles for my LIfeline cable system. They are very convenient and allow virtually any combination of resistance. My only complaint is it is very difficult to get the larger (higher resistance) cables to fit in these handles. Anything larger than the red cables are a pain. I pretty much have to wet them with a soapy water solution to get them to fit in the slots and the same for removal. Any of the cables red or smaller work just fine. My work around is I avoid the bigger cables as much as possible, but I wish the openings were a little larger to accommodate the larger cables. They are well built and very sturdy. If you don't need to use the yellow, green or black cables, these would earn a five star rating.

I have tried them all. These are far and away the best training handles for the Lifeline resistance cables that I have found. Buy'um
