These are great to have. I carry one in my bag to use everyday. Helps with my hand a lot and it also helps when I have anxiety and stress. I recommend!!! I also love the egg shape too. Easy to hold.

Recently broke my arm, doctor recommended exercise ball for therapy after cast removal. These work very well and come with variations firmness and exercise instructions. Great for arthritis too.

They go from hard to harder. There are no softer ones to squeeze and exercise trigger fingers.

My hands are weaker as I age. These seem like they’re going to help!

This was as advertised. I think it’s a great size for women. I would think it’s a little small for men’s hands. I have arthritis and I’m hoping that it helps to build back up a little muscle. I’ve only used the softest one so far. But I have hope that it’ll eventually help me be able to open up jars again.

They were as mentioned in the description. It comes in a neat pouch too so handy to keep and carry. The only negative I think was there was no indication of which was of which strength. once who try using them you can figure it out.
