I use several lessman items and generally I'm usually very happy with them. In the particular case of this, I'm not sure I notice a whole lot of a difference with it. I do have anxiety issues and do not take a daily pill. I do have a prescription for something that I take when I'm having a particularly bad day, but those pills do leave you groggy and foggy. I decided to try these as something to take the edge off, so to speak.I would say that at best, I might be noticing a 10% or 15% improvement when I take these. But I can't take them close to bedtime, because for some reason they actually seem to keep me awake more. I realize that's part of the advertising is that they don't make you drowsy, but they actually seem to make me a little more alert in terms of awake, so bedtime is not good for these. At least in my case.
