At first I tried to open the capsules and mix in with my smoothie... as I sometimes do with some supplements.Gosh the content was so very bitter that since then I have been religiously swallowing the capsules just as they are (2 a day) with the water.The bitter experience persuaded me that will work and do something! I am sure the extra intake of some anti-candida concoction actually rebalances the body.I took in the past oregano oil which was extremely strong and I struggled with dosing it. I also took grapefruit seeds extract also very bitter and unpleasant to take.Therefore I really appreciate the active combination of super ingredients here: Extract from watercress, black garlic, olive leaf, grapefruitseed, oregano plus MCT powder (50% caprylic acid) and probiotics. All safely in the capsule. Easy to take.With my occasionally high sugar diet I am more than aware that I am sacrificing my body's immune functions and sugar for sure causes candida overgrowth. We actually lack bitters in our diets so all the bitter herbs and extracts are always working on rebalancing the state.I am sure natural product helps with the rebalance as gently as it can to restore back the fragile equilibrium in the body.Vegavero is my favourite brand and this is vegan product. Sensible price for the quality and the amount. 120 capsules, 2 a day = 2 months course.I asm very happy with the product!

I’ve long used supplements by Vegavero and always found them to be good quality source ingredients. The only problem I repeatedly have (and this is true of most vegan supplements) is the size of the capsule. I console myself with the fact they are easy to open and decant. I can use them in food, usually a smoothie where other flavours can disguise the supplement. It’s too early to speak of benefits but I’ve regularly had good experiences with Vegavero supplements. My only concern is if I can still get them after December given they’re a German company, so might be worth stocking up. Overall very happy with the product, quality and value. Recommend.

I wanted this to top up my system with healthy, candida-resisting ingredients. You’re supposed to take 2 per day but I’ve stuck with one and it feels right for me along with a healthy diet. This isn’t a miracle cure, but more of a boost to your body’s defences.The product is 100% natural, vegan & gluten free. I’m gluten intolerant and I’ve had no problems with this.I was surprised by how big the bottle is. You get quite a lot in here.You can definitely smell a herby flavour while these are in the bottle but you don’t taste anything when you take them. I was worried there might be a terrible aftertaste with these, like so many other similar products, but there was none.They also look huge but they’re easy to take. I don’t choke on them and they don’t stick in my throat.The bottle and product feel like good quality. You don’t feel like you’re getting a cheap knockoff, but a proper professional product.Overall I like this and would recommend it.

The product arrived in a sturdy plastic bottle with plastic lid and was sealed at the cap.I received a bottle containing 120 capsules which is two months supply.When I opened the bottle I could instantly smell the capsules-which I didn’t like, but fortunately they did not taste of anything.I find them easy to swallow with a glass of water as the capsules are soft. I take one in the morning and one with dinner.I am happy with my order and will continue to take them.I think that the pack is good value compared to similar products.
