Very disappointed
Box arrived already opened. Item did not look like it was in original wrapping. Directions for printer are all in Chinese. Very disappointed.

Good value
I bought this awhile back and let me tell you it's a good printer not the best on the market but it's a great value for the money. 3d pinting is not easy to get perfect . it takes time and effort and this printer helps to take a lot of the gess work out for beginners . It comes with a tool kit and you have to download the software from the website. when you buy it you will need to buy filament with it doesn't come included. there are many brands out there and I tried a lot of them for this printer, hachbox is really good. if this is your first printer start your prints small and work your way up there is a steep learning curve and it takes a while.a and if you buy a used one of course it might not be in the original packaging
