I needed this duster bulb to apply product. It works well and has different lengths.

I like this method of getting the d.e. where it needs to be. Kind of finicky but faster and easier than scooping and shaking it around everywhere and leaving large piles that end up getting vacuumed. I'd like to try a metal funnel though. Im using a plastic one, doesn't slide so easily. But the idea of this is great. Thinking I should've gotten the bigger one for less refilling but this is ideal for now. Like the lid on it. The threads to attach the nozzle to the hose is perfect. Glides right where it needs to. Is easy to store as well. Worth trying for sure.

I used these to apply insecticide for ground bees (yellow jackets). Works great if you have the right poison. The stuff you buy at the local store won't work.

I haven't actually used this product yet, but I will say that after receiving it and examining it, it is a well built little contraption. I will use it in the spring to apply a product in the eaves of my gazebo, which for the past few years has been full of wasps. This fall we removed a section of soffit and ceiling material and exposed the interior rafters and there were wasp nests galore ... not little ones but HUGE ones ... scary! We removed them but the wasps will be back and as much as I hate to kill them I have no choice as there are usually so many of them, it makes the deck/gazebo unusable.

Don’t get the nozzle wet!!! It clogs the pipe.

I want to be able to dust plants with DT and Sevin. This device works okay at best. When you are pointing the wand downward, too much powder in the bulb drops towards the tube, preventing you from being able to squeeze air and powder out. So I constantly find myself gently banging the bulb to move the powder around, as well as trying to hold the wand horizontally to keep the air flowing. But that is not practical when you are dusting plants on the ground....

We had a problem with yellowjacket nests in the ground. This allowed me to spray an insecticide on the nest area without getting too close. Worked great.
