Miyabi Morimoto Edition Knife Block Set, 6-piece, Black w/Red Accent/Stainless Steel

This is a beautiful set of knifes. They hold a sharp edge better than any other knifes I have ever had.

Amazing knives!!!! Unfortunately, the honing rod and shears aren't the greatest quality. Also the white Miyabi logo you see in the picture isn't actually on the knife block the logo is burned into the wood. Those are the reasons why I had to give a four star review. Very sturdy blade with a great edge out of the box! The handles aren't some cheap plastic ones either they have a great feel to them. You put one of the knives in your hand and you know you are holding a authentic Japanese blade. But, keep these razor blades away from your fingers if you're not careful you WILL BADLY cut yourself!!! You take care of these knifes and they will pay for themselves. If you were to buy these knifes individually 8.25 inch (retail:$99.95), 6 inch (retail: $79.95), 3.5 inch (retail:$59.95). You do the math definitely worth over $200 for the knives alone. Overall a great buy just keep your eye on the price it will drop under $200 eventually. It dropped to $188.09 when i bought mine. I will post pictures soon and a follow up review.
