OK so I bought this doorbell cam to replace my current doorbell as its broken.I wanted a doorbell cam rather than a standard doorbell as it gives me better security and piece of mind.It arrived fast and well packaged.Upon unboxing I removed the two protective straps on the batteries and charged it up for a few hours before setting up.Set up was simple. Just download the app and follow the on screen instructions.Once I had it set up via the app I then installed it where I wanted it on the door by removing the backplate from the main unit and screwing that to my frame then attaching the main camera to that and securing with the screws and bingo thats it, done and finished in about 20 minutes.The image quality is great and the options for setting motion and recordings are very good. You can view recordings and alarm activations straight to your phone as well as the obvious door bell rings.The two way speaker audio is nice and clear also. The app itself works really well with some good features and its very clear and easy to use. You can download images and video straight to your phone for future viewing and obviously view live video as well.The plug in chime is also another good feature of this doorbell. You can chose from different chimes and I have this plugged in the living room.All in all for the price I can not grumble with this doorbell camera.Its good quality build, good quality image, easy to set up and install. These reasons mean I have to give this product 5 stars.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I am really happy from last week when I installed this door bell I didnt miss a single delivery.I directly receive the bell on my mobile and even on the chime.Chime is very helpful in case if the mobile is off.I can answer my doorbell from anywhere .The voice quality no doubt is very good.I had problem just one when my mobile network is not working otherwise its working perfect.Installing is so easy I just had a problem of receiving calls on shared device which has been solved by the seller. I didnt charge untill its installed and the best thing is I can see the percentage in the app.Happy with my purchase and definitely recommend.

Got this as been advised that it comparable with Alexa devises. When door bell pushed image puppets up automatically on Alexa show devises. It shows clear picture straight on Alexa show device.Installation straight forward, easy step by stale guide and also possible to watch the video how it’s done.It uses powerful bigger batteries, called 18650 . Batteries included in packaging no need to buy extra. Comes with 32 gb memory card. Which can capture all activities into it, it came also with online cloud storage option, which first month free, I personally stick with memory card only option. It also comes with chime , which can be plugged directly to power socket.Depending from how busy is main entrance, fully charged batteries can last between 3-4 month.It has 6 infrared night vision lights which makes night vision quite clear.In installation need to get “to see plus “ application for full access to all features.Just make sure on installation to use 2.4ghz signal only as 5ghz wifi not supported.Overall simple and affective door bell which works well with Alexa show.

Update - Great Customer Service too!This is a great device for making sure you never miss a parcel or to check what that noise was outside when you're in bed.Any rings go to your phone as a notification via your WiFi so you can answer the door remotely and give instructions to the delivery guy or make it look like your home but just can't get to the door if anyone suspicious is ringing.It's very handy to be able to look out your front door if there are any unusual noises and could even start a two way chat if there is something concerning.The response time for activating video or receiving notification has been great for me just make sure your WiFi has a good link to where you'll be installing as you need to remember it is outside your home and WiFi signals don't travel through cinder blocks as well as other material so get an optimal position.The app steps you through the connection and once its done once you have a constant instant access connection.
