Awesome
This was amazing ending to an even more amazing series. The book had everything you’d want in an ending. It had tons of drama, emotion, action, and even some passion all tied up with a wonderful HEA. I’m going to miss these wonderfully well written characters.

Love
So I have been reading this series from the beginning g as many have, it is with bitter sweetness that it is now closed. The story held me captive until the end and the hope it brings to Alex,s world is enough (for now ) hopefully there will be continued stories for other in that world. Thank you

Wow what a finish!
As others have said sad to say goodbye to Alex and company. But it's a very satisfying finish! Read it but start with book 1.

Book hangover
The plot was fast paced and multifaceted. Some interesting twists, plenty of action and typical stubborn Alex. Still feeling the feels after finishing the book.

Great book. I am sad this is the last of the series. Would like to see more of Caleb and Hollys relationship.

Perfect
What a lovely ending to an awesome series. It took me awhile to finally get to reading it but then I couldn't put it down.

Great series.
It reminded me of Seanan McGuire's October Daye series. Wish there was more... Maybe the Author will find a character in the series worthy of a spin off. One can only hope.

Great ending to a great series
I enjoyed this last installation of Alex's story. Though I'm sad to see her go and could definitely see room for more adventures, Kaylana wraps up this story nicely giving the reassuring awaited answers and a nice ending.

I'm sad to end this series
Grave War is book #7 of the Alex Craft series of urban fantasies. I have read all the books and am a little sad that the series has now come to an end.Alex is a Grave Witch, she can raise the dead, she is also a Plane-weaver who can weave realities, she has a few witchy skills, but she began the series as a Private Investigator. Alex is acquainted with Death, the person who collects souls and not the actual event. She also has a strong connection to the Fae world. In this final story a bomb goes off in Nekros, where Alex lives and closes down the connection to the Faerie world. It means that all Fae this side of the door are cut off from the essence which keeps them alive. The current ruling Fae court is the Winter Court, but it isn’t just this court that is suffering. Doors to Faerie all over the world are closing. In her new role as head of the Fae Investigation Bureau, Alex takes responsibility for finding one last door to Faerie for everyone stranded, before it is too late. This really is a good series, but to do it justice you need to start at the beginning. In fact I think that I might re-read it all, especially as I have all seven books now. If you enjoy urban fantasy, then try it.

A fitting end for the Grave Witch
Alex Craft comes to the end of her journey of self discovery in this the final Grave Witch book. This is where all the previous books have been leading. Falin is by her side as Alex once again faces off with an enemy bent not only on destroying her but also destroying Farie, Alex will need all her friends if she is to overcome the immense disaster which has befallen Farie. Someone has destroyed many of the doorways into Farie, there is no access to any of the courts anywhere in the Americas which is going to be fatal for all the independent are living outside of Farie as they cannot survive without access to Faries magic. So begins this final instalment, a week crafted --- no pun intended ---------- series with some great characters and an ending g which you will not see coming. Sorry to see the end of the series but what a way to go out.

Nice Ending to a good series
Grave witch was my entry to urban fantasy, and for me it set the bar high. This book seemed like an exercise in tieing up most but not all loose ends. The plot and concept was great, the execution good/okay. It felt like Alex needed to get from A to B such that concept C is revealed here and ... it was a bit clunky at times. Especially when magical keys appear for convenience!Alex makes a deal with the Mender in a previous book and the way that it is treated is almost a "by the way" afterthought fashion which for me was a shame.I think there could have been a lot more potential for a grave witch bringing the land of the dead to faerie, although Price did advertise Alex's human magic as an asset in this book which was really nicely done, it would have been nice to see Alex show some more mastery of her weaving ability.Similarly, threads like why Alex's father masquerades as Neckros' far right party leader isn't really revealed, and not actually mentioned...All in all, this is a really nice ending to a good series. Not necessarily the best ending I would have liked but it was nice and respectful to the characters. It forcably ties up most loose ends but yet leaves you wanting to learn more of Neckros City.If Alex's tale needs to close. I do hope we see more of some other wyrd witches solving homicides in Neckros City and who knows, bumping into some familiar fae in the future.

Fabulous ending
The series is so well written with original plot lines. It is head and shoulders above the other poor copies and badly written clones out there. The author deserves better recognition for her work, and I suspect that is partly due to the "sponsored" bias of drivel in the Kindle platform.Have a great time and start at number one in the series!

Happily every after for Alex, well kind of.
These 7 books have spanned quite a few years but I felt it was worth the wait. I felt that this book was too short. It dragged a bit at the beginning then exploded about 50-60% in.I can't say it was the best book in the series but it tied the series together nicely. It finally explained more about her father and how he could hide in the mortal realm so completely.I wish we have more of Kyran he is one of my favourite side characters who we did not see enough of throughout the series. There was plenty of Dugan though which was great. He got his crown finally but not of shadows. There was some big reveals and plenty of freak-outs from Alex about commitment, even though it was obvious how she felt about Falin throughout this book.I will miss the world of Alex Craft
