This item arrived with all its component parts in excellent packaging. Nothing was missing, nothing was scratched nor broken. I installed it and it looks fantastic. The cistern and toilet are superb, smart looking premium items for a very reasonable price. The basin and cabinet also cannot be faulted. Would certainly buy this again.

Looks nice, wood inside the cabinet is a bit cheap but really enhanced my bathroom and some of the predrilled holes are abit off but with a bit of adjustment looks good and hids unsightly pipes for a nice modern look

Really pleased with this. Not too tricky to fit (according to our plumber). Looks the part, makes the bathroom look a lot more streamlined and modern. Decent quality, love the sink, toilet is solid and smart looking. Can’t fault it!

Bought for a client and he loved it bought tap and plug separately but was one of the simplest ones I've fitted . Its good quality nice and sturdy if a vanity unit is what your after you can't go wrong with this one they also do other units too for all your needs .

The quality of the toilet surround is excellent.The hole for your poo is a bit small.One might have to flush it a few times.You will save on your water bill.

Excellent, exactly as described, very fast delivery, well-secured packaging, no damages or marks and all pieces included (except Tap, Soil Pipe and plug - which you would expect)My only comment to all is that you should "measure twice and cut once". The exact width is not as described due to the overhang of the basin on the cabinet.Measuring the complete width of the basin unit only is 620mm (1120mm with toilet unit) at the base of the unit. A the top of the unit, add 15mm to each side of the basin unit. This is confirmed in the Q&A section where someone asked the exact width and the supplier said "just under 1150mm".Because one side of the basin unit is next to the toilet unit. The total width is 500mm (Toilet unit) + 620mm (Basin unit) + 15mm (Basin - on top of the basin unit)

The toilet itself had a crack on the rim but because we had not unwrapped it for some months and the plumber fit it without realising, it was too late to send it back, which I would have done had I seen it. Apart from that, the unit itself is exactly as I wanted.
