Awesome rehab
Wife has had shoulder surgery and needs to build up arm strength. This is a fantastic simple device and it's doing the trick! Will be buying a 35lb model when she's ready to move up in resistance.

I love this dynaflex
I love this dynaflex. It's a great small size for females. It also doesn't have a GREAT amount of weight, which is good. I bought the size larger than this and started spinning it and it tired my arm out quickly. Don't get me wrong, you can get a great arm/wrist work out with this! I use mine to rehabilitate my wrist that had tendinitis and I continue to use it to prevent carpel tunnel syndrome in both my wrists since I work at a computer all day, like most people. I was surprised it lights up! It makes it even more fun that it lights up!
