This product is very tasty and the texture is firm and not mushy.

This is by far the best grain free pasta I’ve had and I’ve tried a lot! The texture is perfect. It doesn’t get soggy. I’ve fed it to my picky eaters and they don’t know the difference!

This is great and tasty. Just what I have been looking for to replace grain. I would recommend this shop.

The spaghetti noodles had a nice texture; firm not mushy like some I have tried in the past. The flavor of the noodles was somewhat bland, but that is typical for gluten free spaghetti. My pasta sauce clung nicely to the product. Overall, I was happy with the product.

My husband prefers cassava pasta over regular pasta. He doesn’t sleep well after eating regular pasta but he has no problem sleeping after eating the cassava pasta.

I wish I didn't have to write this, but I found the product to be inedible. I was careful to stir constantly while cooking to help prevent clumping and it seemed to be ok, but after draining it turned into one big lump of starch. I truly was hoping it would work as part of the strict Paleo diet my doctor has me on, but that's not the case. Tossing the second box it came with.
