My 21 year old cat nearly ended up at the vet because he was pooping everywhere....I read a review from a lady who rescues cats and bought it. It literally saved Ma-cat-ma-Gandhi's life. He is back on form, only it was hell trying to dose the old boy and the medicine looks yucky but it did the trick, but I had to guess the dosage.
