Universal Air Cleaner Replacement Oder Eliminator Carbon Pre-filter Compatible with Coway AP1512HH 3 Pack

These work really well in my Coway air purifier, they feel like better quality than the oem carbon filters. They came packaged flat in a box and each one is individually bagged in plastic to keep them fresh. They feel a bit more rigid and sturdy and fit perfectly. I need to change the odor filters about every 2 months and this is the only product I can find that isn't bundled with the hepa filter. I swapped out the filter and immediately noticed the odor reduction working again.

Happy to find these at a much better price than buying the Coway part. They fit perfect and seem to perform fine. I would buy again. *TIP* They come in a heavy clear plastic bag. I trimmed the top cleanly with scissors and taped closed with packing tape to keep them fresh. I imagine if they are exposed to air they will start to absorb odors and reduce effectiveness.

Easy to install, though that's more related to the design of the machine. Filter goes in easily and is replaceable without much effort.Highly recommended.

My household has 3 cats, 3 dogs, a husband and a 16 year old. And we live on a nature preserve, so dust and dirt and sometimes random wildlife are a moot point.We 3 humans all have pretty wicked allergies, so air filtration is not something to be dealt with lightly, and some of the pets are older than Father Time so the smells are part of the package.Carbon filters are basically life.We use these in our hepa/ionic purifiers, and there is an obvious difference in the air quality vs without the carbon layer. It also helps extend the life of the hepa filters, which can get expensive with the amount of junk they have to remove from the house’s atmosphere at times.Helps with the *ahem* rear end emission smells that are produced as well… nod to those who also have a husband who plays back door music in his sleep.

Happy it fits perfectly in my Coway and surprised how much thicker it is from Coway original ( you can see through it somewhat). Price for these is very affordable for 3 filters; will consider changing more often if needed although thicker carbon ones are needing less frequent changes. Only day 2 but pleased
