Used these to rewire two table lamps...much cheaper than purchasing all seperate components. Really long flex. Excellent.

When you don’t want to invest in another lamp stand or save space like me you need this I have just hung in on a curtain rod and I’m using it for my grow light so I can adjust it ever so smoothly.

As people have stated, the phase and neutral are reversed from the usual positions, phase (live) pin in top of picture. The phase used to always go to the centre, and neutral to the outer ring. However it is concealed and as the outer ring is plastic it does conform to UK regs and is as safe as the usual set up. Just worries me that the centre pin live knowledge may be forgotten and someone may wire up an original metal outer ring the wrong way in future.

If you are purchasing these warn your local airport, there very bright but we wanted a big light

I'll start by saying I wanted to use this to replace a B22 pendant with an E27, so maybe not the primary use the manufacturer had on mind.Firstly what it does, it holds an E27 bulb well enough, all the connections are pretty solid, and the switch is easy enough to use.However I found the plastic of the bulb holder a little brittle, it has chipped in places. And may e related to it not being a pendant, it does not hold a lampshade. The wire is also of flat design which may not suit some people's needs, doesn't look as clean as a round flex.

Easy to fit. We used with a motion sensor bulb excellent.

They will do the job that I want them for in attic just loop them over beam job done
