This is fantastic. It has very strong suction power
This is fantastic. It has very strong suction power, the multiple heads are all useful, and it passes the "dust test" ( i.e. no particles thrown out when vacuuming). My wife has dust allergies and this vacuum has greatly helped reduce her issues after cleaning. We also used this during house demo and it was awesome. It would be challenging to find a real certified hepa vacuum for a better price. Beware of other vacuums claiming to be hepa certified, many are not. This one definitely IS! The wheels roll well. There is minor clogging during really heavy cleaning, but that would happen with any vacuum.

Not what I expected for the money
Pretty disappointed with this vacuum for the amount of money I paid - I refinish hardwood floors and need a good vacuum for dust so decided to try this one since my euroclean uz934 was stolen. Suction wasn't the greatest and maneuverability was questionable. The cord also seemed very cheap. Ended up catching fire a few months ago so had to get another one - went with vacmaster this time

Decently engineered, not well designed, poor customer service
Nice suction power and good range of tools that work pretty well. There are A LOT of design issues with this one though.1) The power cord storage is awful. I'm not sure if you're supposed to wrap it around? Store it somewhere on the device? Or (like we have ended up doing), leave it in a pile on the motor. Makes transporting and storage a pain. It also gets stuck on its own cord very often and needs a good tug to get it over. I much prefer our Rewind on this front.2) Be careful storing the extensions. The first day we used it, we stored the normal extension in one of the holders and its sharp metal ends sliced our brand new power cord open. The manufacturer was fairly difficult to work with (we did not buy from Amazon), so we ended up just electrical taping it. The rest of the extensions are kind of haphazardly stored and easily fall off. Every other vacuum I've ever used has been head-and-shoulders above this vacuum in that area.3) Bag is unusable long before it is full. The opening for the bag is a tight corner things easily get stuck. We end up having to replace the bag (or try to shuffle the contents around in a dusty mess) after the bag is only about one third full.4) The o-ring on the top just fell off for us. Now the suction power is much worse and the noise is much higher.5) Customer service was very poor. They have been extremely hard to get ahold of and fairly unresponsive. The best answer we got was to drive it an hour away to another town to have them look at it. Not helpful at all.Overall, it's a decent vacuum that will do a good job cleaning and seems to filter well. It's fairly easy to lug up and down stairs and (when it rolls well) follows you around the room very well). But, you probably won't enjoy yourself while using it. I would NOT buy this vacuum again even at a significant discountEdit: Dropped from 3 -> 1 stars due to more issues and even worse customer service.

very handy. the only negative I discovered was the small brush. It's awful. Otherwise other parts okay. You can stand up and vacuum, so that is convenient when you use the metal tubes.Adding this to my review. very little use. After 4 years, start button failed/motor will not turn on. Now having to take this vacuum to a repair shop for diagnosis.

Quiet and powerful!
I bought this vacuum after I used it at work to clean up lead paint and sheetrock dust. I thought it was expensive so I wasted hundreds (probably thousands) of dollars on ever other imaginable vacuum. Finally I bought this vacuum and after 4 years of use, nothing compares. No other machine eliminates pet hair, dust, and dirt like this guy. It is quiet and lightweight enough for me to carry up a ladder to reach my vaulted ceiling. I love this vacuum!

I have 17 of these little full HEPA vacuums
I have 17 of these vacuums in a commercial environment and they all perform wonderfully. I have been using them for 3 years now. We use them at workstations for collecting all our dust from sanding and routing and various other operations in our manufacturing process. These pick up everything from fiberglass dust to dry resin dust to carbon fiber dust and even sanded aluminum. The only complaint I have with these is that the power switch is an under performer. It is truly underrated for the vacuum. I have had to change the switch in about half of the units. But the fact is that these vacuums run 4 to 7 hours a day collecting ultra fine hazardous dust (we sand finishes to a 10-micron finish) and that is truly heavy usage. There was also one other issue. The bolts the hold on the clamps for the cover have acorn nuts on the back side. If you really fill the bags it can pierce the bag and cause a mess. What I did was take heavy grade aluminum tape and cover the acorn nuts and flare it out to the housing. Four years later not another broken bag. Easy fix for a great little vacuum. As far as the company I have had a wonderful experience working with them. They have been very attentive and helped a lot when needed.
