We love our new solar panels! They work great to charge our RV battery!

I’m writing this review before I’ve had a chance to use it but it came very nicely packaged. Love that it has its own case with a long leach to attach to battery. Will update once I get a chance to use it.

Seems like a well built product but the "new" controller version I received will only charge sealed agm type batteries, so you are very limited in charging functionality. The controller I expected had a selection for wet cell, agm, or gel. The panels are waterproof, but the controller is not at all (the add stated waterproof controller). There is no dc cigarette lighter type adapter included. Dissapointed.

Delivered as my spectations

Works great, I purchased theZamp Solar ZSBDCE RV Solar /Furian connector to connect to the RV solar jack. Keep in mind however the Zamp plug when connected to the Samlex harness will have the polarity backwards from what you need. Rather than solder the pins opposite of how they came I decided to use the Dremel and put two notches opposite of the factory notches. You have to unscrew the plug to see these ( really easy to do). Hope this helps those interested. Just remember the negative pin should be the one at the top of the connector (toward the lock). At least on our RV this is how it is wired, so double check yours.

Don't buy panels from this company (Samlex) !We ordered from Amazon, and all things Amazon went fine!However.... the panels did not work on the 1st day of camping (on a 14 day campout!!). (several months after the purchase)We learned The SAMLEX company requires that you PAY return shipping to have them repair/replace the unit.Shipping (cheapest price) a package that size was $98 dollars !!....So to get a product that worked we would have to pay basically $100 more. (and wait 8 weeks they said)If you order Samlex panels ... and they are faulty.... you will pay a lot (and have a long wait) to remedy the problem.Again, Amazon did a fine job.... Samlex.... not so much.
