The only dislike, which a few reviewers have noted, is the sizing. The vest is a touch bigger than the sizing dictates. I suspect this is to allow for layering which it does very well. Now for the good stuff, quality is great. Its been put through the holiday wringer already! Hanging lights, cutting dragging, putting up the tree, and deer hunting weekend had exactly zero flinches from this great piece of rugged and yet oh so refined workwear. Its a great statement piece too. When I pair it with my Stetson, boots and a shemag people just get the heck out of my way! You can bust into any line, right up at the front and if anyone says anything all they need is a cold glare and it shuts them down immediately! The people who get it, we all know who they are, simply nod, smile, and give you a quick, “great hat,” with a knowing smirk and go about their day. So if you want to back up your badassery, I highly recommend this vest!

I bought it to wax the ducked cotton. This gives the ducked cotton some memory and a patina. Super cool upgrade to a very affordable well build jacket. I got an extra XL I am 6' 240 and it fits great.

This vest is great. Size runs large order 1 size smaller than you normally wear. I am 6-4 225 and I bought a large and fits great

After searching for a larger size vest and reading lots of reviews, I bought this for my husband and he loves it. He is a big man who weighs 320 and the 3X fit him perfect. He normally buys Carhartt, but he says the quality of this vest is better and the price is more reasonable.

Probably one of the heaviest duty vest that I have had for every day use in winter and early spring. Very good material

I’ve only used it for the winter of 22/23. Used it a couple of times this this month and it’s a great layer. Durable and the usability of the pockets is great. I use it for work, once I get warm, it comes off. I live is Texas near the gulf so it’s not freezing year round, wear it when it’s 40°F-55°F.

Vest is great quality. I usually wear XL in everything, and decided to order the L due to the comments stating that the vest was slightly larger in fit. Almost too small….fits very snug zipped up. I do have a little extra weight being large framed at 6’ 245 lbs.
