I cannot say enough about this product as well as the service. My sweet, beloved fur-baby of almost 13 years passed away, and I am not dealing very well with it...she was my "baby" from her first breath until her last. So, I wanted something special to have to remember her by. It took me 2 weeks to decide on this product. After placing the order, I began to panic that I had mispelled something or gotten a date wrong. I was so shocked and pleased that the next morning, I received an email from the company showing me what my product would look like and ensuring that I was happy with it before completing the order. When I received the memorial, it was more than I could have expected. It is beautiful. The etched photo looks just like my sweet girl. While I will always love and miss her, this special, personalized memorial will keep her alive in my heart forever. Thank you for helping to heal this broken Momma's heart.

Idk why this has so many starts. Yes the whole thing is sturdy but my picture looks like it stopped printing half way through. Kinda hard to see. Looks like someone drew a outline for the body and put dots in it. I was expecting it to be brighter white like the others in the review. Even taking a picture it looks better but face to face its hard to see.

The etching on the stone is barely etched, very light. My neighbor has one of these markers so I know how beautiful the other manufacturers can make this, at a lower cost no less. Seller will accept the return provided I pay to ship back to them and subject to a restocking fee. So I pay for their shoddy work. I purchased this as a gift. No way can I give this. My friend is sad enough, losing her beloved pet. Why would I insult the memory of her pet with a sub-standard product? No thanks. I cannot understand how it is possible for this seller to have great reviews, the reviews I relied on when I placed my order. This is the saddest attempt at etching stone that I've ever seen. Summary: Look elsewhere. It can be found for less money and much much higher quality.

This memorial plaque is absolutely Perfect !!!!!! We lost our "Lucy" about a month ago. She gave us almost 15 years of love and we wanted to mark her backyard grave in a special way ! The photo engraving is beautiful !! Awesome company to work with ! The plaque is made of high quality granite and should last a long time even outside in the elements. It arrived fast and it was packaged with great care. I highly, highly recommend this company. I would give it more stars if possible. A big Thank You to all of you at "Plaquemakers Store !! This is a beautiful, high-quality product for -- just as its name implies -- a memorial 'plaque.' When I purchased this, I was looking for a cemetery monument, and I am not sure about the durability of the plaque lettering for such outdoor use. I was also disappointed in the size because, again, I had pictured something more sized like a cemetery monument. However, the measurements were specified on the seller's Amazon site, so it is my fault that I did not pay closer attention to that and did not realize the size was not what I had envisioned. Some aspects of the plaque make it highly suitable for outdoor use -- it is thick, sturdy, and heavy -- and it certainly makes an impressive indoor piece. The stone is highly polished and really beautiful. The engraving is aesthetically lovely, but I am not sure how long it would endure with outside use. I believe it is possible to have such lettering re-painted when fading occurs, but I am unsure how one goes about that process. Overall, I would say this is a truly beautiful product and a lovely memorial tribute, but just be sure it matches your expectations depending on what, exactly, you are looking for.

Very well made. I'm extremely happy with how well it came out. I wish it had a little better quality to the engraving of the picture, but all in all very pleased with the outcome. It came sooner then I was expecting and I already have people asking where I ordered from. Thank you for making the process of loosing my beloved pet a little easier and it's just a wonderful way to keep her memory alive.

Quality craftsmanship, solid piece of real stone, personally designed to remember our family pet.The customer service was great. The original piece was lost in the mail, the seller generously reprinted the piece and resent!I can’t thank you enough

The slab itself and the letter engraving is decent workmanship, my problem is the picture I opted for.I received a proof image for approval and that image looked heavily pixelated, I assumed that the proof was simply a mock-up to demonstrate the layout and approved it, this turned out to be a mistake.The stone arrived with my dog's picture as heavily pixelated as the proof.If you're going for letters only I think this outfit will work quite well for you, be very proactive if you are opting for an image though.
