I thought it was a pink - Ish color, but it is red! It is pretty though

I own and have used a ton of different gel polishes since I got tired of paying nail salons to do work I was never quite happy with. I am a nail perfectionist, and if there is one bubble, bump or ledge it causes me to pick at the polish until it comes off.Sensational has some great colors and this barefoot berry is a shimmering deep red tone. I do have to admit that I don't like using the colors with the same brand base and top coat. The polish peels too easily because of that specific factor. However, I pair this with my favorite base and top coat (diy hard nails) and I get a manicure or pedicure that lasts for well over 2weeks, and remains shiny, not a single chip or peel in sight. Literally the only reason I need to repaint is because of outgrowth. I hate filling gel however, so I change the color at that point.Very happy with this polish and the vibrant red of it. I love the staying power and the long lasting shine. Fantastic color and quality. I absolutely love this brand and this color is great. My husband bought me a Sensationail nail kit with the UV light for my birthday a while ago and I have been hooked. I love that I can do this at home, without having to find a time to go out. And this polish stays on incredibly well. I've had it on my nails before for 4 weeks without it chipping! It was much to grown out at the bottom, but that's my fault. This color is a little bit more red than I expected, but it's still a lovely color!If you follow the directions that come with the kit, it's very easy. The first thing you do is clean with the cleanser provided in the kit, Then, you do the primer. After that, you do one coat of the clear base/top coat and cure it under the UV light for 15 seconds. Do one coat of the color and cure for 30 seconds. Then you do another coat and cure it with the light for 30 more seconds. Follow it up with another coat of the clear polish and cure for 15 seconds. Wipe nails with the cleanser to remove the stickiness and you're good to go!Gel nail polish is a bit tough to remove. I would recommend the Sensationail removal tool. It makes it so much easier. This nail polish color is gorgeous. It reminds me of a dark rose like pink and leaves such a beautiful finish. Two coats of this polish made my nails stand out so beautifully and I received so many compliments on this polish. It wasn't thin like most pink polishes or overwhelming, but the viscosity was perfect for me. It looks great against my tan skin! I was nervous to use it on my feet and hands because it doesn't look like it contains a lot in it. The bottles are small so therefore, you have to use this nail polish wisely, even though they give you two bottles. At first glance, they look like some nail polish that you would give a little girl because my daughters thought it was for them. It puts you in the mind of the nail polish that you see in the kids section of the store; as it relates to size. The shine it leaves is amazing and it doesn't chip easily. Also, it takes a little longer to dry versus the other nail polishes that I have used. The smell of the nail polish is not overwhelming like most! Overall, this is a good nail polish as it relates to final results and the 4 stars because the bottles are smaller than the average size nail polish, and that counts when you're spending your hard-earned money; they put you in the mind of samples.I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

Once again this brand of polish is FANTASTIC! I have several colors from this brand and love every one of them!It covers nicely in just a couple thin coats, cures in about 90 seconds with my LED light and last FOREVER!The color is adorable and looks great. Overall I'm very pleased with the product. The bottles are quite small, but you get two of them, and let's be honest, who every really uses an ENTIRE bottle of polish? I know I have close to 75 bottles of polish and always jump around color wise, so these are a nice size if you don't use the same color over and over again and like a variety!I did receive this product at a discount for my honest review.

Very pretty color that lasts a long time. I usually only have to remove it because my nails have grown out not because of any other reason. If you follow directions, it stay on very well. I had to get the scrapper tool to use after soaking nails in acetone. Stays looking fresh for about 2 weeks!
