This is a lighter weight metal rake, and you assemble the threaded metal handle sections to your desired length. Easy to assemble, and when completed, you have a full metal handled garden rake that is much lighter than the wooden or fiberglass handle types.Rake is good for MEDIUM to near heavy use, and not designed for the "construction" grade rakes out there. With common sense employed, this rake will be great for the homeowner working in a garden or similar.I would recommend this rake highly for the casual user, and would buy it again.

This is a sturdy rake that can easily be sized down when space is limited. Very reasonably price as well.

Rake assembles easily. Nice long handle that terminates in one thin not and screw. I could see this connection lasting 1-2 raking sessions. Luckily, they give you 2 nuts and bolts, anticipating the lifetime of the connection.I half expected to see a note in the box saying "Congratulations - you've been raked!

This is a great rake if you’re trying to get your kids involved, helping with yard work. Without the extra extension, it’s the perfect length for our daughter (8) to help. Take away one more extender and it’s just right for our (5 year old) son, or for raking in tight spaces (like our chicken run!) The weight makes it easy to use for anyone, and the fact that you can break it down would make it simple to store or transport. For the price, this is good quality and a great value.

I spread some topsoil and mixed in clover seeds, which were needed to stop some places in my yard from erosion. Very satisfied with this tool.

We wondered what we’d bought when it was delivered in a box slightly thicker than a yellow pages but once out of the box we clipped/screwed it together and it was very robust. We used it to rake gravel and it coped very well and was comfortable to use. The lower section did keep unscrewing a bit but a bit of tape would hold it in place.

Easy to use, light weight and sturdy. I didn’t use the extension pole with screws, I just pushed the sections of the pole together and found it fully functional to collect ivy and leaves. I was more pleased with this rake than I thought.
