These fixings are absolute trash, hard avoid:The plastic is flimsy and bends when you try to hammer it inThe tip hardly expands at all and they spin in the wall and don't hold well, especially if at all crumblyThe metal is very soft and cams out/strips very very easilyA couple of them bent over while I was knocking them inAll in all, an extremely frustrating experience

Drilled out to 8mm as pack stated and didn't grab very well used bigger screws to complete the job

I was planning to do a job with my usual 8 x 80 Hammerfix frame fixers, but the bricks were rock hard so I got these shorter ones which made the job a lot easier. Top quality from Fischer, as usual - can be hammered in and then screwed for the final tightening.
