This is my second Sigma bike computer. The first one was still working fine, but I couldn't manage to mount the wired setup on my new bike. This wireless computer is great, especially the cadence feature. My experience with Sigma computers has been very good. One stumble, the speed/distance function wouldn't work at first. I contacted Sigma and has an answer the next day. My headlight was interfering with the wireless signal. I relocated the headlight and voila! Success. So good product and really good customer service.

I bought this as a replacement for an earlier model I had owned for several years which, on a recent commute, fell off the bike into the road cracking the screen because I hadn't fastened it onto the bike properly. Entirely my fault. Although the screen was cracked all the functions appeared to still work normally but, of course, it would no longer be waterproof which I need because I cycle to work all year round and go out for longer rides evenings and weekends. As we all know, in the UK you can never guarantee no rain on any ride at any time of year. I decided to buy a replacement and this is an upgrade to the previous model. It has all the functions (and more) that I could ever need in a cycle computer. I was able to use the existing wireless sensors from the old device already fitted to my bikes which saved me time but I was a bit disappointed that the bracket for fitting the actual cycle computer itself to the handlebars / stem had been changed so I was unable to reuse the old brackets. A new one was supplied but I have two bikes which previously I had alternated the cycle computer between but unless I buy a second new design bracket that is not longer possible.

Great delivery as always from Amazon, product easy to set up and does everything I wanted. Unfortunately after 11 months it has stopped working. All batteries changed but head unit no longer recieves signals from cadence or speed sensors.

Ergänzung: Das mit der leeren Batterie lag am wohl defekten Gerät, der Tacho verbrauchte pro 120 km eine Batterie!!!Also vorab muss ich sagen das mir der Sigma BC 16.16 STS CAD echt gut gefällt, das Display lässt sich gut ablesen, die Trittfrequenzfunktion ist klasse und die Beleuchtung ist auch eine nette Funktion!Was aber überhaupt nicht geht ist Form der Bedienungsanleitung , ein riesiges und unhandliches Blatt Papier mit einer schlechten und unübersichtlichen mehrsprachigen Anleitung. Weiterhin ist das beigelegte Montagematerial nicht wirklich sinnvoll bzw. nicht geeignet für die Montage des einen Sensors an meine Federgabel. Alle großen Gummis sind gerissen! Gottseidank hatte ich noch Kabelbinder im Keller, damit bekommt man dann alles auch ordentlich fest montiert! Das keine Kabelbinder beiliegen ist echt ärgerlich und kostete mich nur unnötig Zeit und stresste meine Fingerkuppen!Aber das Beste kommt zum Schluss: der eigentliche Tacho ging nicht an!Ich dachte zuerst das das Gerät defekt ist, aber Ihr glaubt es nicht die Batterie CR2032 war leer!Jetzt weiß ich natürlich nicht wie der Zustand der Batterien in den beiden Sendern ist?Amazon war mir da eine große Hilfe und sehr kulant aber toll fand ich die Probleme nicht!

Völlig unverständlich, wieso man bei Sigma seit Jahren der Meinung ist, die gefahrene Strecke ist für JEDEN die wichtigste Info, sodass man diese schon in penetranter Weise nach jedem Standby aufgezwungen bekommt!? Sigma, es gibt auch Menschen wie mich, die nutzen das Fahrrad im Alltag, und da ist auf täglich gleicher Strecke erstaunlicher Weise die Uhrzeit viel wichtiger als jeder Meter der Strecke! Was soll ich also mit einem Produkt, das so unflexibel ist, dass ich bei jeder Fahrt erst mehrfach drücken muss, um die gewünschte Info zu erhalten? Nutzlos und Retoure. Es wäre ja nicht so tragisch, wenn die Sigma Produkte davon abgesehen nicht schöne Geräte hätten. Zum Glück gibt es aber Alternativen! Wen das gleiche Problem nervt, dem kann ich "Backture" absolut empfehlen.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto attraverso Amazon Warehouse e quindi a prezzo ridotto. Mi è giunto senza confezione e senza istruzioni ma non è stato un problema reperirle in rete. L'unica pecca l'assenza del supporto indispensabile per il funzionamento. Amazon insuperabile si è attivata ma non trovando soluzione mi ha offerto un buono con il quale ho potuto acquistare quanto mancante. L'istallazione è semplice, solo la parte cadenza può rivelare qualche sorpresa perché il magnete va fissato al foro dell'asse del pedale (verificate che sia presente prima di acquistarlo) e quindi la posizione del sensore sul telaio è obbligata. A questo punto occorre garantire che la distanza tra magnete e sensore sia minore di 10mm altrimenti non funziona. Nel mio caso per esempio ho dovuto costruire un supporto per riuscire a garantire questa distanza. Sono disponibili pratici anelli in gomma per il fissaggio di tutte le componenti però io ho preferito optare per le fascette in plastica. Bisogna evitare di incrociare i sensori (tutti sullo stesso lato) a meno di non fissare il computer al centro del manubrio. La programmazione è un pò farraginosa a causa della presenza di due soli pulsanti. Il sensore velocità si aggancia subito e il rinfresco è buono anche se non istantaneo. La cadenza soffre di più e anche l'aggiornamento è lento, però non credo possa rappresentare un dramma. Sono presenti le classiche funzioni di statistica sul percorso. E'possibile gestire due biciclette(due diametri di ruota); acquistando il kit supporto + sensore si può trasferire da una bici all'altra senza problemi di setup, nel caso occorre anche il kit cadenza. In conclusione un bel compagno di gita se acquistato ad un prezzo ragionevole. Purtroppo i kit aggiuntivi sono un pò cari: al momento un intero nuovo computer costa meno dei due sensori acquistati a parte.
