This particular model has lots of issues to work as a normal phone.
If negative scoring is available, I would have given -5 rating to this handset.I purchased this handset (Realme 7 Pro, 6GB, 128GB Blue) on 19th June and in just a couple of months, the display stopped working. So I visited the Realme authorised service center in local area for an examination on 17th August. After thorough examination over 20 days, I was informed by the service centre that the handset needs to be sent to the main service center. So I agreed and waited for more than a month to get it serviced from the main center. Upon receiving the handset from the main center, local center checked it for a few days and returned it to me saying that the motherboard had been replaced. So as expected it worked, but only for a couple of days and I started facing the same issue. Upon restart it worked once but then the display completely stopped working as experienced initially. now i have given the handset to the service center again and the report is that the mother board and screen needs to be replaced again this has happened twice now.I am really surprised to have such a bad experience with a new handset and first time with Realme handset, considering the cost of this handset and the Pro tag to this model, the experience really is an unexpected one. This is taken with the purpose of my child's standard 10 study for board exam but the handset is often with the service center more than the user/owner. I am not accepting this handset, as it keeps on giving problems.I request Realme to provide me with a fresh and working handset which will serve its purpose for at least for said guaranteed period. It should work flawlessly for at least a few years.
