The media could not be loaded. Very poor quality. Knock-off, bootleg quality device. I bought this to replace my original Ab Slide, and this is a replica, but that's all it is. Looks like an Ab Slide, but not the same quality in its motion or its operation. The range of motion is not smooth, the unit makes clunky noises and has no resistance. I am very disappointed. I will return it immediately. If you had an Ab Slide and you want a new one, this it not a good substitute.

It’s been almost 2 weeks and it already broke, one of the screws from the inside fell out so it cannot be used anymore.

Easy to use, good workout

Loved abslide die 20 years until it finally broke. I ordered one of these, but it was broken and rolled very loud.I returned it and the new one is 80% quieter. It still feels cheaper and the wheels look crooked. I will update in a year.
