I live in a small town, where specific items like a particular printer ink are not always available.I have ordered many of the cartridges for my Epson printer and have had no difficulty with any of them.They come with reasonable speed and are packaged well, so they arrived in good condition.Ink is expensive, so I am glad I can purchase the extra capacity ones, too.

They don’t last long enough

While the ink works, it's extremely expensive compared to other brands. Epson forces you to use their expensive ink, making their printers FAR more expensive than you think when you buy them. While you can buy white-label ink, at some point, Epson will force an update, and you'll end up throwing the cartridges away. It's a dirty little secret of the printer business. Cheap printer, expensive ink. Over the lifetime of the printer, you'll pay 20 to 30 times the original price in ink.

Ridiculous for the price of ink.
