Love this little thing. It keeps my laptop at the right angle for viewing and typing at my standing desk, and also serves to give me more desk space below it.

Very sturdy. Easy to assemble. Keeps laptop raised to prevent overheating. Rubber grips on the bottom keep it from sliding or scuffing my desk. Rubber strips on the upper arms hold my laptop in place nicely; no shifting when I plug in power or peripherals. I use this on my standing desk to get a better viewing height/angle and reduce neck strain. I tucked a neoprene mousepad underneath (8" wide, with the legs attached at max width, fits perfectly) and use my mouse from there, which saves some desk space and appearance of clutter.It's nice to know that the spacing of the legs can be changed, though this is really a set-it-and-forget-it type of item and not take-apart-and-take-with-you either; the screws look like they'd strip easily but honestly I'm not likely to ever adjust this.Very pleased with this! My laptop is 13" wide along the front edge, with a trackpad in the middle (slightly off center); the laptop hangs about 1 cm beyond the stand arms on each side. The arms have enough of a lip to curl up around the front of the laptop to hold it at an angle, but not high enough to stick up past the laptop's working surface - so it definitely does not get in the way of using the trackpad or its buttons.

Good laptop stand, got this one to replace an old Amazon Basics that was more solid. Wanted this so that the laptop fan/vent could get the proper airflow.Sturdy enough, moves around a little when typing, but keeps the computer in place with no issues.Lightweight and easy to assemble.

Fits my HP Envy (17" diagonally) perfectly, Like the options to adjust width, used the widest option. Held laptop and EMF protector pad, no slipping but right at edge of gripper bars. Perfect height, happy with purchase.
